Our saunas
Each sauna offers a unique experience for body and mind

Finnish sauna
A classic dry sauna with high temperature and low humidity. Intense heat speeds up circulation in skin and muscles, releases stiffness and supports recovery after exercise. Short, brisk cycles are ideal for experienced sauna-goers. Ours comes with a view of the pond that deepens both relaxation and mental switch-off.

Honey sauna
A warmer but gentler form of sauna. Honey essence and natural sugars in the warmth soften the skin and ease breathing. Perfect for those who want strong heat without the dry-heat intensity. Great for releasing tension in the back and shoulders after a long day.

Aroma sauna
Medium temperature with higher humidity and herbal aromatherapy steam. It pleasantly stimulates the airways, eases breathing and helps recovery after a cold. Lower temperature allows longer stays and smooth alternation with cooling — ideal for beginners and calm sauna cycles.

Salt sauna with infrared panels
Gentle, long-wave infrared heat warms the body gradually and deeply, while a wall of rock salt creates a mineral-rich microclimate. The combination is comfortable for longer relaxation and helps release neck and back tension. You can place infrared panels behind your back for targeted heat exactly where you need it.

Steam sauna
Gentle heat and almost 100% humidity scented with eucalyptus, opening the airways and supporting recovery. The atmosphere is set by a starry sky with real constellations — calming and helping you slow down. Skin feels supple afterwards; thanks to its gentle regime, the steam sauna suits beginners or works as a step between more intense cycles.
